Festival Camping is a service of CIO LENA GmbH. The site collects the camping rules of European festivals from the organisers' own site regulations and, alongside them, presents gear that fits those rules.

The site is not an offering of the festivals named on it and has no connection to them. The rules reflect what was stated on the organiser's official page on the review date given. The organiser's version always prevails — every rule links to its source.

This site is funded through the Amazon partner programme. Every product tile leads to Amazon; if an order is placed there, the operator receives a commission. The price does not change for buyers as a result.

All product links are marked “Ad”, and the notice stands above every product list — that is, before anything is clicked.

As an Amazon Associate, the operator earns from qualifying purchases.

The European Commission shut down its online dispute resolution platform on 20 July 2025.

The operator is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The camping rules are compiled with care and each one carries its review date. Festivals do change their rules every year, though, sometimes at short notice. Anyone packing should open the organiser's linked source before setting off. The operator cannot be held liable for items that are taken away at the gate despite information here to the contrary.

Under § 7 Abs. 1 DDG, the operator is responsible for their own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. Under §§ 8 bis 10 DDG, however, the operator as a service provider is not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

This site links to Amazon and to the pages of the festival organisers. The operator has no influence over their content. At the time the links were set, no legal violations were apparent. If a legal violation becomes known, the link will be removed.
